Agua de Cora
LAS ROJAS
A vibrant selection of mezcals from 3 distinct Oaxacan regions. Each is as complex as the last; you'll enjoy richly developed sugars, earthiness, warm spices and a sharp brightness. With this set you'll explore the different lands and styles from three vastly different mezcal-making traditions.
You'll receive a 750mL full-size bottle of each and enjoy the following flavor profiles:
Cuixe Barril
Tasting Notes: Cinnamon, sugar and cooked apples like a warm apple pie. Lemongrass.
Nose: Gently fragrant clementine, rose petal, banana peel.
Madre Cuishe
Tasting Notes: These Madre Cuishe magueys grew in white soil, imparting a rich minerality. You’ll taste the earthiness of a fresh radish pulled straight from the ground. Roasted red pepper, white peppercorn and paprika.
Papalometl
Tasting Notes: This producer has a unique touch that brings out sweet, deeply fragrant notes unlike anything we've tried before. Candy and melon elements stand out. Blackcurrant and violet.
